Remove user data

Please fill your account email below to request removal of all personal data from The Q Experience App.

Data that will be deleted:

• Account information (your name, email, password, language, country etc.)
• Boats you have created (images, names, models, links to the Q display data)
• Active subscriptions

Please note that once you have deleted your account it can’t be restored!

Steps:

1. Request deletion with your app account email address
2. Confirm the request sent to your email
3. Ask payment processor to delete your data

• Once you have confirmed the request sent to your email, the account will be deleted permanently within a few weeks.
• We will delete all your app account information but note that payment processing provider (Stripe) might still have some of your data.
• If you have purchased something in our app, Stripe has collected some of your data for payment processing. You can request your personal information to be deleted by emailing privacy@stripe.com. Note that Stripe may need to keep some of your personal information for legal reasons. Read more here
